🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound call center or sales roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
• Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP), is a plus.
