📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for mining operations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security threats.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
• Manage security personnel and contractors, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities to foster goodwill and prevent security incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in Security Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
