📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage ocean import shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and track shipments using SAP and Sea-Intelligence to provide real-time updates to clients.
• Maintain and update client records and shipment databases.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in the ocean freight industry.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight forwarding processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP and Sea-Intelligence is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record, as occasional travel may be required.
