📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the technical execution of high-profile conferences, ensuring seamless integration of AV, IT, and digital solutions
• Design, implement, and manage the technical aspects of conference events, including audio-visual equipment, IT infrastructure, and digital platforms
• Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment, IT infrastructure, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of conference events
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AV, IT, and digital solutions throughout the conference
• Provide technical support and training to event staff and attendees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in conference technology
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for conference technology

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conference technology management or a similar role
• Proven experience with AV, IT, and digital solutions for conferences and events
• Certifications in AV technology, IT infrastructure, or digital platforms are a plus
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for conference technology
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
