📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Providing legal advice and guidance to internal teams on various legal matters
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring and managing legal risks and liabilities
- Representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Maintaining and updating the company's legal database and documentation
- Collaborating with external legal counsel and advisors as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations
- Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus
