As a People Benefits Specialist at Probe CX, you will work closely with HR and senior management to develop and refine benefits strategies that align with our company’s values and goals. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire benefits lifecycle, from initial design to ongoing administration, ensuring seamless integration with our HRIS (HR Information System) and payroll systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee engagement and satisfaction while contributing to the growth and success of Probe CX.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs.
• Collaborate with HR and senior management to develop and refine benefits strategies that align with company values and goals.
• Administer and maintain benefits enrollment, ensure compliance with local regulations, and manage provider relationships.
• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of benefits data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related queries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the benefits and HR domains.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate employees and managers on benefits programs and policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of benefits programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful benefits programs.
• Strong understanding of local benefits regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Certification in benefits administration or a related field is a plus.
