📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and manage our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for our digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a plus.
