📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on food and beverage equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, grinders, and refrigeration units.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Collaborate with the store team to address any equipment-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in F&B equipment maintenance.
Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B equipment maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of food and beverage equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, grinders, and refrigeration units.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Understanding of health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
