📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Bali work permit or visa sponsorship is available
