📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the academy and its programs.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs for visitors and students.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with event coordination and setup as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
