As an SMT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform SMT assembly processes with high precision and accuracy.,Inspect and test assembled PCBs to ensure quality standards are met.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the SMT process.,Maintain and calibrate SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT assembly or a related field.,Familiarity with SMT equipment and processes.,Good understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
