📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of clinic infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.,Ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment and facilities.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.,Monitor and maintain building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.,Inspect and maintain all electrical and mechanical systems.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the clinic in top condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Vocational Education, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
