📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective storage and retrieval of goods.,Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems and processes.,Training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
