📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quantity surveying process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contracts.,Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, including cost plans, cost schedules, and cost control reports.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any cost variances or potential cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project objectives are met within budget and schedule.,Provide expert advice on cost management strategies and techniques to optimize project performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans, to potential contractors.,Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize project costs and maximize profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction and contracts management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects within budget and schedule.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices, laws, and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
