PT Anggrek Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the finance department. If you are passionate about finance and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts receivable/payable records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial analysis and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting for the company.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
