New Leaf Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and detect any security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.,Maintain and update security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and initiatives.,Generate and analyze security reports to track trends and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations and management.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.,Experience with security software and technology is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
