Port Town Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required.
