📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Track vehicle performance and fuel consumption, and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle use.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, and address any issues or concerns they may have.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
