📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Track and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to distribution and delivery.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
