📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular inspections of food and beverages to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Monitor and maintain food storage and preparation areas to prevent contamination and spoilage.,Test and analyze food samples to ensure quality and safety.,Document and report inspection findings and corrective actions.,Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with local and national food safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to address quality issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with food testing and analysis.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and national food safety regulations.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (e.g.HACCPISO 22000).Experience with food testing equipment.Strong attention to detail.Problem-solving skills.Time management skills.Language skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia are preferred).
