📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on branch performance and customer feedback.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle cash handling and banking transactions accurately and securely.,Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure the branch meets all operational and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using banking software and systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Experience in managing and leading a team is a plus.
