📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with architects, clients, and other engineers to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Developing and implementing best practices and procedures for structural engineering projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards is a plus.
