📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior IT staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.,Experience with IT security and data protection.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
