📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the HR department and ensure that all HR processes are running smoothly,Recruit, hire, and train new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Lead and mentor HR staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with performance management and employee development,Ability to lead and mentor a team
