As a Junior Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in purchasing to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.,Support the purchasing team in managing supplier relationships.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall procurement strategy.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or a minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field.,Basic knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
