📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve branch and company goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
