Crown Camp Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Blitar. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Organize and facilitate HR-related training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
