📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide strategic advice.,Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Provide financial guidance to senior management and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and providing strategic advice.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Experience in managing a team and providing leadership.
