📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit customers to discuss loan status and provide financial advice.
- Ensure timely collection of loan payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, recoveries, or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial services and collections software, such as SAP or similar systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel extensively to customer locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
