📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Create and curate compelling content for our digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.,Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.,Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
